This new Independent Living project for 55 and older seniors settled in Lake Havasu City, AZ. is a very popular resort destination amongst seniors as well as baby boomers. The said project is designed to be four stories tall and will be considered one of the tallest buildings in the area.

The said project will represent the partnership between two existing Lake Havasu City anchored businesses, Summerlin Asset Management, and Desert Land Group. Both will combine their expertise to create a development team for the accomplishment of this project. An operating agreement for Lake Havasu, Independent Living has been established which outlines the terms and conditions of the limited partnership being offered.

Jim Stepanian, one of the partners, has been in the corporate management for 17 years and has extensive experience in sales and marketing, new product development, mergers & acquisitions including its distribution and regulatory compliance.

Before starting SAM, Mr. Stepanian served as the CEO of Wholesale Telecom Inc., (1998-2007) a California public utility which resells voice and data telephony services to mid-cap corporations

The Lake Havasu Independent Living project will be positioned along the upper portions of Swanson Avenue. This project will offer panoramic lake views while being centrally located in Lake Havasu City. It is the first phase of a large planned unit development that includes Independent Living, Assisted and Memory Care, Health Care, and Mixed Use development.
